Shipping Rates, Duty, and other Taxes
Shipping is free worldwide. Duty and other taxes are paid by the customer in accordance with local state, province, and national rates. For questions please email customer service at info@snowshinesports.com

 

Returns and Exchanges

We appreciate you purchasing from us and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs covered by you).

You may request an exchange by returning the product and receiving a new similar product for equal or lesser value (you are responsible for shipping costs of original item; new item will be shipped at no cost to you).

The original packing slip must be included with all returns. Returns cannot be processed without it. 

All clearance and sale items are final! To process a return or exchange, please email us at info@snowshinesports.com and include in the subject line the order number and name on the order. Please explain your reason for requesting a return or exchange. We will then email you the address where you will return the products(s) for a return or exchange. Once we receive your return or exchange, we will send a confirmation email.

All return requests should be received within 30 days of receipt.  If your return or exchange is outside this return window, please email customer service at info@snowshinesports.com prior to shipping anything back.

All Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Only items purchased at snowshinesports.com can be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Gift cards, health and personal care items, once purchased, are non-refundable. Customers maybe responsible for shipping items back to Snowshine Sports. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, an email will be sent and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 3 - 5 business days.  Returns are usually processed within 72 business hours of receipt in our warehouse, are subject to 3rd party inspection but shall be completed within 7 business days following receipt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
